Here's the progress of my Quilt a Long with Elizabeth at Oh Fransson. I am pleased with the fabrics after all. However, Amy Butler and I had an encounter yesterday at the quilt shop where she and I are plotting this same pattern using her fabrics....like I had originally planned.
Nice soothing color palatte, don't you think?
Maybe even an "eye spy" quality to it...can you find the butterfly?
We're only through Blocks A, B, and C so far....
This is my fav by far. Don't tell the others...don't want to hurt feelings, you know.
Until tomorrow,
Lindsey

Your fabrics are very soft and appealing, but your whole cloth quilt under them is exquisite!
Hey aren't you fancy? I love your new look. (blog) Very cute.
Each of the block patterns should be made up with 6 pairs of fabrics. So you will 6 blocks of each pattern, but they are all different. You are making each pattern of blocks out of the same two fabrics.
See how her 6 blocks of the first pattern all have different combinations?

But I LOVE your fabric choices. The colors are so pretty.
